About Us
Founded in 2004 as Phillips & Brown Engineering, the company changed its name in 2007 with the addition of Nadine Ross as principal.
Nadine is originally from Vancouver and received her Electrical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the design of electrical systems.
Les Brown was born and raised in Nanaimo and has twenty years experience in electrical design and project management, including many years working with T.L. Elliot & Associates Ltd (TLE). Les has extensive local knowledge of the engineering and construction industries on Vancouver Island.
Our design team has expertise in a wide range of construction projects including LEED Certification. Our goal is to provide clients with exceptional service and solutions for a cost-effective, energy efficient electrical system tailored to every project.
The services provided include but are not limited to co-ordination of services with utility companies, facility audits, energy retrofits, and the design of architectural lighting, power and communication systems, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and exit signage.
